Sleeps up to 10. Front king master suite, rear bunkhouse with triple bunks, 3 slide-outs, dual A/C, and a full residential-style kitchen.
Sleeps up to 8. Queen bed, double-size bunks, sit-n-slide dinette and sofa, plus an outdoor kitchen for cooking under the awning.
Nightly rates shown are a starting point — update them to whatever you're actually charging. A fully refundable $1,000 security deposit applies to every booking.
Max-season nightly rates by month for both rigs. Weekend nights run a premium, and a few holiday weeks carry their own rate — ask for an exact quote on your dates.

The full agreement is signed at pickup. Key terms are summarized below.
A refundable security deposit is collected at booking and held against damage, excess cleaning, missing items, or unpaid fees under this agreement. The deposit is a minimum, not a cap — it does not limit the Renter's liability for costs that exceed it.
The Renter is financially responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement (at current market or dealer rates, not depreciated value) for any damage, loss, or missing equipment occurring during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear, regardless of fault or intent. This includes damage to the RV's interior, exterior, mechanical systems, towing equipment, and any included accessories. Costs exceeding the security deposit are due from the Renter within 10 days of invoicing. The Owner reserves the right to pursue collections and legal remedies, including small claims action, for any unpaid balance.
Add-ons (bedding & linens, propane refill, septic emptying, deep cleaning, pet fee, etc.) must be selected and paid for before the rental begins. If the Renter uses, opens, or soils an add-on item or service that was not pre-selected and paid for — including but not limited to using unpaid linens or bringing a pet without paying the pet fee — the Renter agrees to pay double that add-on's listed price, charged to the deposit or card on file.
Cleaning is not included in the base rental rate. Every booking requires either the Cleaning fee or the Deep Cleaning fee to be pre-selected and paid before the rental begins. If neither was pre-selected and the Owner must clean the unit upon return, the Renter agrees to pay double the listed Cleaning fee at minimum; if the condition requires a deep clean, double the Deep Cleaning fee applies instead.
By completing a booking, the Renter acknowledges these terms and agrees to sign the full rental agreement, including these provisions, below.
